Shell is the CEO and visionary leader for NUVO Solutions, guiding our team with her broad experience in the industry. She has spent her entire life in Utah and has experienced the growth and changes of Utah’s economy and developments. She was involved with “hands on” construction at an early age, and has years of experience in Real Estate, Home Mortgage Lending, Investment properties, as well as helping other investors. Shell has worked closely with builders and designed many homes. She has worked in the industry for over 25 years. She is a contractor and has owned and operated a Restoration company with her business partner in Utah for the last 8 years. Together they worked to grow their successful business, which has now added a new partnership to be able to offer more services in the building maintenance industry. She is excited to continue with the new Team and for the experience they offer to our success.

Gavin is President and Chief Operations Officer for NUVO Solutions. As Director of operations he is responsible for the overall operational performance and profitability of all NUVO industry groups. Gavin is a contractor and is performing restoration and construction services for residential and commercial properties. He manages all field operations with customers, vendors, and employees. Any service related to Real Property, trouble shooting, assessments, product, and process knowledge. He has overseen many large projects for Commercial / Residential and stands out as the go to person for solving issues and providing solutions. Gavin has over 20 years of experience in Building and property maintenance as well. Overseeing large properties and maintaining all aspects of property maintenance. He is a key performer in our company and is a crucial part of every aspect of NUVO Solutions.
